Are you interested in what Council is proposing over the next 12 months? Council welcomes your feedback on its:
- Draft 2026-2027 Annual Business Plan (of which includes planned capital and operating projects and how Council plans to fund the projects and services through the collection of rates)
- Draft 2026-2027 to 2036-2037 Marine Asset Management Plan
- Draft 2026-2027 to 2036-2037 Transport Asset Management Plan
A copy of the draft documents can be collected from the Council Office or viewed in the tab on the right.
Community engagement on the Plans will extend from Wednesday, 13 May to Friday, 5 June 2026. During this time, Council encourages the community to provide feedback in any of the following ways:

Community members are invited to attend an information session to discuss the Draft 2026-2027 Annual Business Plan at the Kingston District Council Office at 5:30pm on Tuesday, 26 May 2026. At this meeting members of the community are also invited to make public submissions.

All submissions must be received prior to 5pm, Friday, 5 June 2026.
